I’m being reminded of an awesome word in the Hebrew text. Boy, I love Hebrew!

You’ve probably heard of the Proverbs 31 woman. The chapter starts out with, “Who could ever find a wife like this one — she is a woman of strength and mighty valor.” The word ‘valor’ there is Khayil.

Khayil means mighty, wealthy, excellent, morally righteous; full of substance, integrity, abilities, and strength; mighty like an army.

Wow! The good thing is, guys, this means you, too. ; ) The word Khayil is most often used to describe valiant men. But in this particular instance, it also means all of us … referring to the church, the Bride of Christ.

Such an awesome word. That’s what we’re called to be!
